Co-mediation - Complex construction case in federal court regarding a default on a multimillion dollar loan on a mixed use condominium project with multiple banks operating under a participation agreement, the FDIC taking over some banks, priority of mechanics' liens, title insurance, a guaranty, an indemnity, community property issues -- co-mediated with Magisrate Judge Samuel Alba. Also co-mediated an employment case with Magistrate Judge David O. Nuffer involving wrongful termination, worker's compensation benefits, bankruptcy, insurance coverage.

Numerous child custody cases involving high conflict, allegations of parental alienation, parenting issues, and child custody evaluators. Cases involving relocation of a parent, same sex couples, and drug, alcohol and sexual addition allegations. Numerous grandparent visitation, common law marriage and paternity cases.
